CANCELLATION POLICY. In the event of a course or meeting is rescheduled or canceled by Strategies and Stories’, you will receive option of rescheduling or receiving a 100% refund.

Cancellation 3 days prior to scheduled consult receives full refund. Cancellation less than 1 to 3 days prior to receives refund less days a 25% cancellation fee or 100% credit toward a one-time reschedule of that date. Cancellation less than 24 hours receives refund less a 50% cancellation fee or 100% credit toward a one-time reschedule of that date. For a no-show, you receive to refund or credit.
